Den: 10 Year Crock-Aged

A vintage sweet potato honkaku shochu, aged to perfection by time-honored craft techniques handed down at the Denbeegura distillery.
The high-quality ingredients of Kagoshima’s sweet potatoes and Japanese rice are fully rendered in rice koji used in fermentation.
The aging is done in oak barrels for a minimum of three years to achieve the beautiful amber color. The wide range of flavors offered by this spirit include the concentrated sweetness and smoothness of sweet potatoes from the long aging process, as well as the rich, gentle vanilla aroma unique to oak barrel aging. Try it neat, on the rocks, or stirred into a highball.
